Synthesis - the agentic SDLC platform, from requirements to deployment

Synthesis turns a plain-language idea into a delivered system by running the whole software development lifecycle with AI agents. You describe what you want; Synthesis produces detailed requirements and a work breakdown, designs the architecture, writes the code into your own GitHub repository, generates tests and infrastructure, and prepares the deployment pipeline.

The SDLC lifecycle, step by step

  1. Requirements - detailed, Jira-ready requirements and a work breakdown structure with estimates.
  2. Estimation and payment - review the estimate, approve the budget and pay milestone by milestone.
  3. Architecture - architectural decisions plus component and sequence diagrams.
  4. Coding - source code pushed to a repository in your GitHub account, followed by automated pull-request review.
  5. Testing - unit, integration, end-to-end and performance test suites.
  6. Infrastructure - Terraform for your Google Cloud project, with your database, secrets and cluster names.
  7. Deployment - Cloud Build and GitHub Actions pipelines, a runbook, and optional deployment into your own Google Cloud project.

Built around your environment

You choose the names: repository, database, secrets, Google Cloud project, region and cluster. Synthesis generates the code, database scripts and infrastructure with exactly those names, validates your Google Cloud project, and only deploys into it after you confirm.

Why teams use Synthesis

Fewer hand-offs between requirements, design, build, test and release; every step produces artefacts you keep in your own repository; and each step must be completed before the next one opens, so nothing is skipped.

Frequently asked questions

What is an agentic SDLC?

An agentic SDLC uses AI agents to carry out the stages of the software development lifecycle - requirements, design, coding, testing, infrastructure and deployment - with people approving each stage.

What does Synthesis produce?

Detailed requirements and estimates, an architecture with diagrams, source code in your GitHub repository, test suites, Terraform infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines and a runbook.

Can Synthesis deploy to my own Google Cloud project?

Yes. You enter your project, billing account and region, Synthesis validates access, billing and APIs, and after your confirmation runs the generated pipeline in your project.

Does my code stay mine?

Yes. The code is pushed to a private repository in your GitHub account, and the infrastructure and pipelines are committed there too.
